There is a new apartment complex in Chestnut Hill that has 50 income-restricted apartments located in Chestnut Hill that will be rented out via a lottery. There are 250 multifamily rental apartment units in one 6-story building. Of the 50 income-restricted units:
- 8 units will be income-restricted to households earning at or below 30% of AMI
- 42 units will be income-restricted to households earning at or below 50% of AMI.
- 13 units have mobility accessible features
- 5 units have sensory accessible features for people with hearing and/or visual impairments.
Applications are available now and must be postmarked or received by Monday, May 13, 2024 at 5:00pm to be entered into the lottery.
